MATCH PLAYING CONDITIONS
Format
All matches in the WCCLT20 Tournament will be played under the Twenty20 (T20) format, consisting of a maximum of 20 overs per side.Playing XI & Substitutes
Each team must submit a list of 11 players and up to 3 substitutes before the toss. Only players named in the official team sheet are eligible to participate in the match.Toss & Timings
Toss shall take place 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Both teams must be ready to take the field on time; any delay may lead to penalties decided by the match referee.
Over Rate & Time Limit
Teams are expected to complete their 20 overs within 90 minutes (including interval). Penalties may apply for slow over rates.Powerplay Rules
First 6 overs: Only two fielders are allowed outside the 30-yard circle.
After 6 overs: A maximum of five fielders may be positioned outside the circle.
No Ball & Free Hit
Any front-foot no ball will result in a Free Hit to the batting team. Field changes are permitted only if the striker changes ends.Rain or Interruption
In case of rain or other interruptions, the Duckworth–Lewis–Stern (DLS) method or revised overs system may be used, as decided by the umpires.Points System
Win: 2 Points
No Result / Tie: 1 Point
Loss: 0 Points
Tiebreakers in League Stage
If teams have equal points, rankings will be determined by:Higher Net Run Rate (NRR)

Umpiring & Decisions
All umpiring decisions are final and must be respected. Any dispute or protest must be submitted in writing to the WCCLT20 Technical Committee within 30 minutes of the match ending.Spirit of Cricket
All players, team officials, and support staff are expected to uphold the spirit of fair play and sportsmanship throughout the tournament.
