By registering for the WhiteCoat Celebrity Cricket League (WCCL), I hereby declare that:

I am a qualified medical professional and eligible to participate as per the tournament rules.
I am physically and medically fit to participate in competitive T20 leather-ball cricket matches. I take full responsibility for my health and fitness during trials and matches.
I understand that cricket is a physical sport with inherent risks of injury. I agree that the organizers, sponsors, and partners of WCCL shall not be held responsible for any injury, accident, illness, loss, or damage sustained during participation.
I will carry valid ID and proof of medical registration as required by the organizers.
I consent to the use of my photographs, videos, and performance data by WCCL for media, promotions, and sponsorship purposes.
I accept that registration fees are non-refundable except in the case of official event cancellation.
If any information provided by me is found to be false, fake, or misleading, I understand that I may be disqualified or terminated from the tournament at any stage without refund.
