- 1. Programme and league availability
- The WCCL & ECCL Affiliate Partner Programme covers WCCL Season II and ECCL Season I. One affiliate account and dashboard serve both leagues, with a separate campaign, referral link, tracking record and commission record for each league. Each league campaign is activated and paused independently; pausing one does not affect the other. Application acceptance, affiliate approval, campaign access, commission eligibility and payout approval are separate stages.
- 2. Applying and administrator review
- An application is a request to join the programme. Applicants must provide accurate information, accept these terms and the privacy notice, and verify their email address. Every affiliate application is reviewed manually by WCCL; there is no automatic approval. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, account access or earnings. WCCL may approve or reject any application and may later review, suspend or revoke an approval under clauses 9 and 10.
- 3. Referral activation
- On approval, WCCL sends one secure, single-use, time-limited account set-up email to the applicant’s email address. The affiliate verifies their email, creates their own password and accepts these terms and the privacy notice separately. WCCL never sends passwords by email. Affiliates keep their credentials confidential and are responsible for activity on their account. Each league (WCCL Season II and ECCL Season I) has an independent campaign that WCCL may activate or pause, and each affiliate receives a separate league-specific referral link for each league. Links are shown in the dashboard only while the relevant campaign is active; a paused campaign is shown as “Campaign Paused” and new referrals during a pause are not commission-eligible. Pausing a campaign does not cancel valid commissions already earned. Commission eligibility is not retroactive: registrations before the relevant campaign’s activation, or before an affiliate’s approval, do not qualify.
- 4. Attribution and eligible registrations
- Eligibility requires a valid attribution for the same league and season as the registration, a captured Razorpay payment verified by WCCL’s servers and an eligible, submitted, non-test player registration. Attribution uses the last valid referral click for that league within 30 days before registration; a click for one league never credits a registration in the other. Each registration can generate at most one commission. Previous registrations, test transactions, self-referrals (where the affiliate’s email or mobile matches the player’s), duplicate registrations or payments, fraudulent, refunded, charged-back, disputed and otherwise disqualified registrations are excluded. The relevant league’s player eligibility and registration terms continue to apply.
- 5. Flat commission and clearance
- Affiliates earn ₹500 for each eligible, verified, paid ₹2,500 player registration attributed through their league-specific referral link, for WCCL Season II and, separately, for ECCL Season I. Each commission has a seven (7) day verification hold beginning from the verified payment timestamp. Refunded, chargeback, duplicate, self-referred, test or fraudulent registrations earn no commission, and any commission already recorded for them may be reversed. There is no minimum registration count or payout threshold. No earnings, income or minimum number of registrations is guaranteed.
- 6. Partner Classification and Settlement Eligibility
- All approved affiliates are eligible for weekly settlement of qualifying, cleared commissions, subject to administrator approval and applicable verification. Elite or other recognition status is not required for weekly settlement and does not change the applicable flat commission rate. No minimum number of registrations or minimum payout balance applies.
- 7. Clearance, Reconciliation and Settlement
- A commission becomes eligible for approval after its seven (7) day verification hold, provided no refund, chargeback, dispute, fraud or reconciliation hold applies. Approved commissions are paid manually by bank transfer or UPI in weekly batches (Monday to Sunday, Asia/Kolkata time), subject to administrator approval. PayPal and automatic payouts are not available. Batch approval does not by itself confirm that payment has been made; WCCL records each manual payment with its reference, amount, date and status. Payment timing is subject to verification and banking processes.
- 8. Payment details, tax and legal compliance
- Bank account, payment and tax information is not collected in the application. After activation, affiliates may save payout details in their dashboard: bank transfer (account holder, account number, IFSC) or UPI ID. PayPal is not available. WCCL may request verification or withhold payouts until valid details are provided. Payout details are stored securely, shown back to the affiliate only in masked form and accessible only to authorised finance administrators. Payouts are subject to applicable tax laws; WCCL may deduct or withhold tax where required by law. Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations and must comply with applicable laws, advertising standards and platform rules, and must not promise or advertise guaranteed income when promoting the programme.
- 9. Fraud prevention and adjustments
- WCCL may review suspicious activity and suspend fraudulent participation. Self-referrals, duplicate registrations or payments, artificial or incentivised clicks, misleading promotion and test transactions do not qualify. Full refunds and chargebacks reverse unpaid commissions; partial refunds place them on hold for review; commissions already paid are flagged for recovery or adjustment, including negative balance carry-forward subject to review. Unreconciled, disputed, held or previously paid amounts cannot be settled again. Attribution and payment records must support every eligible commission and approved settlement.
- 10. Withdrawal and termination
- An affiliate may withdraw from the programme at any time by contacting WCCL at hello@wcclt20.com from the email address registered with the programme. WCCL may terminate an affiliate’s participation by written notice, or immediately for fraud, misuse, material breach of these terms, or legal or compliance reasons. New referral attribution and commission accrual stop at the effective time of withdrawal or termination, and referral links are deactivated. Termination does not automatically cancel legitimate outstanding commissions: valid, verified commissions earned before the effective time remain eligible for payment after the normal clearance, reconciliation and administrator approval process. Fraudulent, refunded, disputed or otherwise invalid commissions remain subject to withholding, reversal or recovery. Final settlement: once all outstanding commissions have cleared or been resolved, WCCL will include the remaining eligible balance in a regular weekly payout batch, subject to verified payment and tax details, and will then close the affiliate account. Records are retained after closure as described in the Affiliate Application Privacy Notice.
- 11. Information access and communications
- Affiliates see only their own approval status, both league campaign cards, their own referral links, aggregate click and verified registration counts, earnings, commission history, masked payout settings and payout history — never player identities, personal documents or other affiliates’ data. Account emails (application receipt, approval and password set-up) concern the affiliate’s own account. Do not submit bank details, player documents or other people’s sensitive information with an application.
- 12. Acceptance and version
- Acceptance is recorded against Affiliate Partner Programme Terms v1.4 and Affiliate Partner Privacy Notice v1.2. Earlier acceptances of Terms v1.3 remain on record; existing affiliates are asked to accept Terms v1.4 at their next sign-in. Application consent does not replace player consent or authorise marketing or tracking without any separately required consent. Changes to the programme or these terms will be communicated to affiliates before they take effect.
