These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the WhiteCoat Celebrity Cricket League (“WCCL”) website and its publicly available digital content and enquiry facilities.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

The WCCL website provides information concerning the WhiteCoat Celebrity Cricket League, including Season I, teams, players, the Grand Auction, events, sponsorship opportunities, team ownership opportunities, media content and other WCCL activities.

Information published on the website is intended for general informational and enquiry purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.

WCCL aims to keep schedules, venues and event information accurate and current.

Sporting and live events may nevertheless be affected by operational, regulatory, venue, broadcast, safety, weather or other circumstances.

WCCL therefore reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to modify schedules, venues, formats, programmes or related arrangements.

Material changes will be communicated through appropriate official WCCL channels where practicable.

Submission of a player registration, future-interest form, CricHeroes profile or other player information does not guarantee eligibility, selection, auction inclusion, team allocation or participation in WCCL.

Player eligibility, auction participation, team allocation, squad selection and participation may be subject to separate WCCL rules, eligibility requirements, declarations, consents, agreements and league decisions.

Where a player signs a separate participation, commitment, team allocation or other agreement with WCCL or a franchise, that agreement will govern the matters specifically covered by it.

Submission of a sponsorship enquiry does not create a sponsorship agreement, reservation, exclusivity right or commercial commitment.

Sponsorship rights, deliverables, fees, payment schedules, intellectual-property rights, category exclusivity and other commercial terms become binding only when contained in an appropriate agreement accepted by the relevant parties.

Information concerning team ownership is provided for preliminary discussion and enquiry purposes.

Submission of a team ownership enquiry does not constitute an offer, acceptance, allocation of a franchise, investment contract or guarantee of commercial or financial performance.

Any team ownership or franchise arrangement will be subject to due diligence, eligibility, availability, negotiation, applicable law and execution of separate definitive agreements.

Unless expressly contained in a signed definitive agreement, nothing on the website should be interpreted as a guarantee of revenue, profitability, valuation, investment return or future appreciation.

Unless otherwise indicated, WCCL’s website content, branding, league identity, graphics, designs, text, videos, photographs, promotional material and other WCCL-owned materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

WCCL names, logos, competition branding, team branding and related marks may not be reproduced, commercially exploited, modified, falsely associated with another organisation or used to imply endorsement without appropriate authorisation from the relevant rights holder.

Third-party names, trademarks, photographs, logos and other materials remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.

You may access the website for lawful personal, informational and legitimate business-enquiry purposes.

You must not knowingly:

• interfere with the website or its security;
• attempt unauthorised access to systems or data;

Official signed agreements, formal league rules, official event communications and other specifically designated WCCL documents take precedence over general website summaries where there is an inconsistency concerning the subject matter they govern.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to any mandatory rights or procedures under applicable law and any separate written agreement between the relevant parties, disputes relating specifically to the use of this website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India.

WCCL may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the website, league operations or applicable requirements.
